This is an action to prevent the rule of anarchy in the three municipalities in the north of the country.

The Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo requires the establishment of normal conditions in this part of the country and diminishing criminal illegal structures that are hindering and holding hostage the people of this part and are using the real problems of the citizens for their own purposes, by invited all citizens to actions within the institutions.
