Prishtina, May 14, 2019 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, received in a farewell meeting the UNDP Head for Kosovo, Alessandra Rocassalvo.
President Thaçi thanked the so far UNDP Head for the broad support to Kosovo.
“We are especially grateful for the projects supporting economic development, supporting small businesses in particular, but also for dealing with the painful past”, said President Thaçi.
The so far UNDP Head, Alessandra Rocassalvo, stressed that the UNDP remains committed to supporting the overall development in Kosovo.
President Thaçi added that the UNDP has implemented projects that have contributed to improving the quality of governance and increasing the skills for policy development and implementation in governing institutions.
