Prishtina, July 27th 2020 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi, received today the State Coordinator for the Dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Skënder Hyseni.
President Thaçi once again congratulated him on his appointment to this position, expressing his confidence that with his experience and commitment Mr. Hyseni will coordinate this process in the best possible manner.
“I welcomed your appointment as dialogue coordinator, because I strongly believe in your experience and your comprehensive and connective approach across the entire political spectrum of the country,” said President Thaçi.
The head of state reiterated that only the final agreement that brings mutual interstate recognition should be discussed in Brussels.
The President of the country Hashim Thaçi and the dialogue coordinator Skënder Hyseni, discussed about the support that this process requires by the deputies of the Assembly of Kosovo.
President Thaçi and Coordinator Hyseni reiterated that establishment of political unity is crucial for the success of the dialogue process.
