Prishtina, March 17th 2020 – President of the Republic of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi received today KSF Commander Lieutenant General Rrahman Rama, with whom he discussed the KSF readiness level for the provision of help in facing the new circumstances created by COVID-19 transmission.
President Thaçi asked that KSF mobilises and increases to the maximum its readiness level and to help in prevention, fighting and overcoming of the crisis.
General Rama said that KSF is ready and has the capacities to get to grasps with any kind of need, with both its medical and logistic capacities.
“KSF is ready to act at any time, in all parts of Kosovo,” said General Rama.
President Thaçi expressed his pleasure with KSF readiness level and with its capacities to act at any situation.
KSF mobilisation is the last step prior to the declaration of the state of emergency by the President of the Republic of Kosovo.
