Prishtina, November 01, 2017 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, received today a delegation of the Nationwide Cultural Foundation “Nermin Vlora Falaschi”, headed by the Chairwoman, Zenepe Luka.
President Thaçi thanked the representatives of the delegation for the visit to Kosovo and expressed the gratitude to each member for the achievements in the respective fields.
“This foundation best describes the free cultural relations that can be developed today in all Albanian inhabited areas”, stated President Thaçi.
Whereas, the Chairwoman of the Nationwide Cultural Foundation “Nermin Vlora Falaschi”, Zenepe Luka, talking about the activity of this foundation, said that they have always tried to promote the comprehensive contribution of Albanian women in the field of culture, science, art and society.
“The Foundation has many branches throughout the Albanian lands”, she said.
For their contribution within this foundation, actresses Tinka Kurti and Margarita Xhepa, as well as the Chair of the “Nermin Vlora Falaschi” Foundation, Zenepe Luka, were decorated by President Thaçi with the Presidential Medal of Merits.
