The President of Republic of Kosovo, Dr. Fatmir Sejdiu met today in Zagreb with the Canadian Minister of State for Western Economic Diversification, Lunne Yelich.
The meeting discussed relations between the two countries, with a special emphasis on economic development. The President mentioned again the great resources available to Kosovo, including the youngest and educated population, as well as great opportunities that our country offers to foreign investors. In addition, President Sejdiu asked from Canada, which has constantly supported the Republic of Kosovo, to maintain its support to our state’s integration into the major international institutions to which it has not acceded yet. The meeting was also attended by the Canadian Ambassador based in Zagreb, Mr. Edwin Loughlin, who also covers Kosovo.
