The President of Republic of Kosovo, Dr. Fatmir Sejdiu, has started his official visit to the Republic of Croatia, where he will be participating in Croatia’s President-elect Ivo Josipović’s swearing-in ceremony.
Upon his arrival in Zagreb, President Sejdiu joined the dinner that the outgoing President of Republic of Croatia Stjepan Mesić hosted for presidents of countries of the region.
The dinner was also attended by President of Republic of Albania, Bamir Topi, President of Republic of Montenegro, Filip Vujanović, and President of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željko Komšić.
Presidents Mesić, Sejdiu, Topi, Vujanović and Komšić also met informally to discuss developments in the region and cooperation between the countries.
The meeting was also attended by business representatives, who, on this occasion, presented a commercial and residential compound planned to be constructed in Prishtina.
