The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, today visited the UCCK Oncology Clinic in respect of International Breast Cancer Month.
On this occasion, President Osmani donated 100 breast prostheses for women affected by breast cancer to this Clinic.
“In honour of International Breast Cancer Month, I visited today the UCCK Oncology Clinic and donated 100 breast prostheses for women affected by breast cancer with the aim to increase this support in the following years,” said. President Osmani said.

Pink Month is a month during which we must express solidarity, increase efforts and sensitize every woman to the risk of breast cancer. Early identification saves lives.
In honour of International Breast Cancer Month, I visited today the UCCK Oncology Clinic and donated 100 breast prostheses for women affected by breast cancer with the aim to increase this support in the following years.
The priority should be the prevention, and reduction of premature deaths, in addition to early detection, as well as improving the quality of life and treatment of those affected by this disease.
