The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, on the occasion of February 17th- the day of state independence, received a congratulatory telegram from Her Majesty the Queen of the United Kingdom, Elizabeth II.
“As you celebrate the important holiday of your independence day, I would like to congratulate Your Excellency and send my good wishes to the people of Kosovo. “As we overcome global health challenges together, with determination and fortitude, may we look to better times in the future,” said Queen Elizabeth in her telegram.
President Osmani thanked Queen Elizabeth and emphasized that the United Kingdom is a strategic ally of Kosovo and has supported our country not only in the process of achieving freedom but also in its state-building process.
