President Osmani received the new Head of the Greek Liaison Office, Ambassador Heleni Vakali

The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu received today at an introductory meeting the new Head of the Liaison Office of the Hellenic Republic, Ambassador Heleni Vakali.
President Osmani welcomed Ambassador Vakali and conveyed to her the readiness of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo to further expand the cooperation between the two countries through increased economic cooperation in the energy, tourism and investment sectors.

In this spirit, President Osmani praised the establishment of relations between Kosovo and Greece, emphasizing that our institutions are committed to expanding and intensifying relations in all areas, including the establishment of diplomatic relations and cooperation in the process of integration into Euro-Atlantic structures as a key priority of the Republic of Kosovo.

The political and security situation on the European continent, where the President reaffirmed Kosovo's commitment to peace and stability, calling on the need for democracies to stand united against destabilizing trends in our region were also discussed at the meeting.

President Osmani and Ambassador Vakali agreed to increase inter-institutional cooperation and communication in areas of mutual interest.
