The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani received at a meeting a group of women of the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities accompanied by representatives of the Concordia centre in Prizren.
President Osmani was informed with the engagements and projects of the Concordia centre, which is focused on supporting children and women of marginalized communities in Kosovo. The centre works mainly with members of the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities. The President was also informed about the field of activities of the organization in support of children and women of these communities through various psycho-social and educational services.
President Osmani reiterated her steadfast commitment and that of the Presidency of the Republic in support of marginalized communities, with special emphasis on children and women, mentioning the importance of a society with equal opportunities for all.
