The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani participated today at the
marking of the “Letter to the President” activity, on which occasion she received letters
that were addressed to her by many children from all around Kosovo.
“Upon hearing the requests and wishes expressed in writing by these children, I realized that their concerns and expectations are very different and that we have a lot of work to do to ensure that every child in Kosovo enjoys a happy and healthy childhood, in utmost well-being”, said President Osmani.

Today was a special day!
At the ceremony of the “Letter to the President” activity, which we organized jointly with the “KultPlus” cultural portal, I received letters that were addressed to me by many children from all around Kosovo.
Upon hearing the requests and wishes expressed in writing from these children, I realized that their concerns and expectations are very different and that we have a lot of work to do to ensure that every child in Kosovo enjoys a happy and healthy childhood, in utmost well-being.
Many thanks to the organizers, especially the children who sincerely showed what they enjoy and what bothers them. They told me about their dreams, as well as their ambitions for a future as they dream it!
In the same way as with the letters of these children who have written to me, I will always welcome letters from other children of our country, because only when your childhood becomes better, our present and future will be just as good!
