The two presidents highly praised the relations between the two states and stressed that the Albanian community in Montenegro and the Montenegrin minority in Kosovo are a connecting bridge.
Bilateral and regional cooperation, visa liberalization, Kosovo's European path and NATO membership were some of the issues discussed at the meeting.
President Osmani and her counterpart Djukanović opposed the idea of frontier changes in the region, and also expressed concern with Russia's growing influence in the region.
The issues such as expansion of cooperation in the field of tourism, culture, education and economic and trade exchange increase were also discussed at the meeting.
