The President of the Republic of Kosovo met today in New York the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Palau Gustav Aitaro.
In a substantive conversation, President Osmani discussed with Minister Aitaro the expansion of interstate relations and the opening of new chapters of cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
According to President Osmani, the institutions of Kosovo prioritize the rule of law and the creation of jobs, as well as the strengthening of alliances. In this context, she added that Kosovo is a credible partner for democratic countries around the globe and is making its continuous contribution to peace and stability in the region and beyond.
Furthermore, President Osmani said that the state of Kosovo is persistently following the path towards Euro-Atlantic integration and further consolidation of the international position, therefore the deepening of relations with countries around the world is of great importance.
In this context, President Osmani requested Palau's support for Kosovo's membership in international organizations.
