President Osmani commemorates the 23rd anniversary of the Dubrava Massacre

The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani has commemorated the 23rd anniversary of the Dubrava Massacre, in which the Serbian genocidal regime killed 160 Albanian prisoners inside the prison and injured 300 others between May 19th to 24th 1999.
"The plaque with the names of those killed placed in Dubrava Prison will be a permanent demonstration of the brutality of the Serbian genocidal regime which unjustly held Albanians in prison and then executed them barbarically. This macabre crime still remains unpunished. There are surviving witnesses, and the legal system must do its job and bring the perpetrators to justice. "Our fight for freedom and the state will be sealed when justice is done for all the crimes committed by the Serbian regime," states President Osmani's commemoration.
