President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, congratulated the Muslim community as well as the Leadership of the Kosovo Islamic Community, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha
President’s Felicitatory letter states:
To all the members of the Muslim community of the Republic of Kosovo, I cordially wish a Happy Eid al-Adha.
I wish that this is a joyful day for all of you, a day which you will spend within your families and your beloved, and by expressing the respect and love for each other.
I wish that Eid al-Adha will find you gathered together and cheerful, enjoying the goods provided to us by God.
We pray, that on this day as well, we remember all those who are no longer in our midst, those who endeavoured that we may enjoy the times we live in.
In this day of celebrations, let us look around for all the needy ones and let us lend our charitable hands to them. The glory of Eid al-Adha is exactly in solidarity and help for the others.
