President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, received today at meeting representatives of the UK based “Technitex Group Ltd”, Mr. Paul Broadhurst (CEO) and François Giraud-Sauver (Vice-President).
President Jahjaga at this meeting expressed the dedication of Kosovo to work together with the business community and create an attractive and safe environment for foreign investors.
President Jahjaga also stated that Kosovo is showing its dedication, at all levels, in promotion and support provided for the growth of private sector, thus enabling further economic development and creation of new work places.
Mr. Broadhurst, Technitex CEO, informed President Jahjaga about the activities of this company, with a sales network spread over 55 countries of the world, which specialises in provision of broadband network cables and related products. This company has already opened its representative office in Kosovo, which coordinates its sales for over 12 countries of the South-Eastern Europe.
Mr. Broadhurst stated that this company is considering the option of transferring part of its production for South-Eastern Europe to Kosovo. According to Mr. Broadhurst, this company has already initiated a very good cooperation with the institutions of Kosovo.
