President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, received today at a meeting a delegation of the German Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations, led by its Executive Director, Mr. Rainer Lindner.
President Jahjaga said that Germany is one of the most important strategic partners of Kosovo and emphasized the importance of the further strengthening of economic relations between the two countries.
President Jahjaga also stated that Kosovo is dedicated to implementation of all the necessary reforms, for an efficient war against corruption and for creation of all necessary conditions for the attraction of foreign investors and capital investments.
Executive director of the German Committee on Economic Relations with Eastern Europe, Mr. Rainer Lindner, said that this visit is a strong signal showing the readiness for a deeper economic cooperation between Kosovo and Germany. He also said that by being active in Kosovo, German business will help economic and general development of our country.
German Committee on Economic Relations with Eastern Europe is a union of the most important associations which represent the German business community.
