President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, in lieu of her constitutional and legal ingerences, continued today with consultational meetings with representatives of some of non-parliamentary political parties and subjects registered in Kosovo, with whom she spoke in relation to the local elections and the legal time frame allowed for elections.
Madam President met today with Ms. Majlinda Nushi and Mrs. Kaçusha Jashari of PSD, Mr. Zef Morina (PDKI), Mr. Ukë Morina (PSHDK), Mr. Dren Zeka (ADK), Mr. Hajrush Bajraliu (LDD) and Mr. Gjergj Dedaj (PLK).
At today’s meeting with President Jahjaga, representatives of political parties and subjects expressed their opinions and standings in relation to the time frame for election holding and some other issues relevant to the electoral reform.
President Jahjaga initiated the consultations with political parties and political subjects in relation to the local elections process in Kosovo.
