During these moments of grief for the family Vogli, the military and the institutions of the Republic of Albania, let me express the most sincere condolences, on my behalf, and on behalf of the institutions and the people of the Republic of Kosovo.

The members of the Army of the Republic of Albania, serving in peacekeeping missions in various countries of the globe, have given the best example of professionalism and commitment to help put the peace in the world. Their contribution is undeniable and we feel proud of their work.

We pray that Captain Vogli rest in peace. We will never forget his work and sacrifice. Also, we pray that Corporal Alexander Peci will survive the severe injuries and shall return to his family and the Albanian Army.
