President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, based on paragraph 2 of article 80 and paragraph 5 of the article 84 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, decreed today the Law nr. 04/L-156 on Tobacco Control.
Law has been approved by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo on April 4th, 2013 and received by the Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo on April 18th, 2013.
