President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, accompanied by Monsignor Dodë Gjergji, Bishop of the Diocese of Kosovo, visited today the Charitable House of the Sisters of Mother Teresa in Peja.
During the stay, the hosts informed Madam President about the work carried out by this institution, which offers help to the needy and individuals with compromised health.
“I came to the Sisters of Mother Teresa, here at their own house, in the house of God, to express my appreciation for their work and engagement and all the dedication that they carry out in order to help people. Mission of the Sisterhood here is a continuation of the Beatified Mother Teresa, who dedicated all her life to the ill, the needy and those badly hit by poverty. I thanked them for their work and dedication and for their powerful engagement”, said President Jahjaga at a statement issued during the visit.
