The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madame Atifete Jahjaga, received today the head of the International Civilian Office, Mr. Pieter Feith.
President Jahjaga and Mr. Feith discussed about the current developments in Kosovo and the process of concluding the supervision phase of the independence of Kosovo. Mr. Feith informed for President Jahjaga about the position of the International Steering Group for this process to be concluded until the end of this year.
President Jahjaga said that the conclusion of the surveillance phase of the independence of Kosovo is a joint success of the international community, the institutions of the country and the citizens of Kosovo who laid the foundations of the sovereign and independent state.
