President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, took the decision today to nominate Mr. Nenad Rikalo as a member of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Kosovo, in the position of the observer of the Serbian Liberal Party Parliamentary Group.
The decision for the nomination was reached based on the law 139, section 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, articles 61 and 62 of the law Nr. 03/L-073 on General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo, as well as upon the letter by the Serbian Liberal Party Parliamentary Group, received by the Office of the President on October 14th, 2013, under the protocol number 956.
Mr. Rikalo swore the oath today, in the presence of the President Jahjaga.
