Together with the political parties and entities that will run in 12 December 2010 elections, we will sign a statement, which is a sort of code on free, secret and democratic elections. I am convinced that Kosovo has entered an important stage of elections and I urge all the political parties running in these elections and their members and the people of the Republic of Kosovo to exercise their right to participating in elections and to use the time left pending elections of 12 December 2010 as an opportunity to celebrate a national feast in the new and democratic state of Kosovo and to reward the constituents, or representatives of the people that will emerge from free elections, with free with democratic elections, so as to establish the democratic institutions of the state of Kosovo”, Mr. Krasniqi said.

“Today we will sign the statement and the political parties and their representatives will respect the code of conduct, wherever they will be, and will invite the people to participate in free elections and to vote for the candidate or the political entity that they consider will represent them the best. We wish the outcome of 12 December elections will reflect the will of the people of Kosovo and the will of the people of Kosovo will not be manipulated with. This is the aim of the Statement that we will sign today and I believe and urge all the political parties and entities to abide by it”, the Acting President of the Republic of Kosovo Dr. Jakup Krasniqi emphasized.
