The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani has received a congratulatory letter from German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, congratulating her on her election as President of Kosovo.
President Steinmeier stressed that Germany will continue to be a reliable partner for Kosovo and will support it to achieve further progress on the European path.
Mr. Steinmeier encouraged the new institutions in their commitment on the strengthening of the rule of law, the fight against corruption, organized crime, and overcoming the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The President of Germany has expressed readiness for cooperation and has invited President Osmani for a meeting soon.
