Acting President Vjosa Osmani Sadriu received today the Ambassador of France, Mrs. Marie-Christine BUTEL, at a meeting. On this occasion, the Ambassador of France congratulated Acting President Osmani for the victory in the parliamentary elections, emphasizing that above all this is a victory for the citizens of Kosovo.
Acting President Osmani cordially thanked Ambassador Butel for France’s continued support and President Macron’s congratulations on the 13th anniversary of Kosovo’s independence.
She stressed that after the successful completion of the electoral process, the main focus will be on the constitution of the new institutions in the country which must be in full accordance with the expressed will of the people.
The importance of inter-institutional coordination, cooperation and consistency in the future governance was further discussed at the meeting.
