Prekaz, March 23 – The Acting President of the Republic of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, together with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and with the Mayor of the Municipality of Skenderaj, Bekim Jashari, paid homage today at the “Adem Jashari” memorial complex in Prekaz.
Acting President Konjufca highly praised the sublime sacrifice of the Jashari family.
“We bow here, but we also come here to get strength on how to continue and how to move forward, since this is the place where in 1998 the Albanian nation was revived and the great sacrifice of the Jashari family moved the whole world, and made the world to be aligned on the side of the interest of the Albanian nation”, said Acting President Konjufca.
According to Mr. Konjufca the memory of the Jashari family will be permanent and eternal for the entire Albanian nation.
